Pan New England Steel Band Festival

Every First Weekend in May is the Pan Festival here in New England. It is in a different location each year. Bands from alll over New England come to perform and share their music. It is non competetive. Each band plays three selections and a group piece all together at the end. There have been as many as 25 bands and as few as 3.  Started in 1989 by Carl Chase at Cape Cod Academy. Massachusetts.
